Developed a holistic margin management programme. Delivered 5 cross-functional workshops in the UK and Irish business units. These workshops focused on removing non-value adding costs and investing in value-creation generating £38m worth of opportunity across core Brands and Group Procurement.
Interim programme management of a multi-territory, new product innovation. Role included the co-ordination of the technical, marketing and commercial workstreams. Opportunity developed is worth £15.9m (5 year NPV).
Developed a series of bespoke technical training workshops based on a modular structure. Co-ordinated input from industry experts to create relevant material for the European and African R&D Teams. Facilitated four 2-day workshops, training a total of 45 delegates. 96% of all feedback was ‘excellent’ or ‘good’.
Technical programme management of a priority development activity set to deliver £1.1m MC annualised. Including co-ordination of the engineering and packaging development functions. Achieved sign off in 5.5 weeks from first production.
Developed a multi-territory programme of activity to mitigate against forced changes to packaging components. Responsibility for the co-ordination of technical, legal & regulatory and commercial workstreams. Successfully developed a robust test and sign off protocol, enabling changes to be made 12 months ahead of pending legislation.
Identification and execution of a technical, engineering and operational improvement program to turnaround a business critical situation.
Management of a global entity restructure programme. Included the co-ordination of changes within Cosec, Tax, Finance, HR and Supply Chain processes.
Business integration program management. Co-ordinated the integration of all functional workstreams relating to the acquisition of a South American Company into a GB based PLC. Including; project planning and management, budget management (£5m), Exec stakeholder management, delivery of NPD 9 months following acquisition.
Various technical project management activities including;
- Packaging development and testing for launches in international markets.
- Guest lecturing / teaching to MBA and Product Management undergraduates.
- Delivery of core training modules on behalf of the BSDA.
